I currently reside in the USA. About a year ago, after much online research, decided to retire in Pattaya  Thailand. Those plans got put on hold due to COVID. About 6 months ago  decided  to start looking at the possibility of buying a Pattaya condo remotely. From looking online  decided there were good deals on condos & a very favorable US dollar to Thai Baht exchange rate. I researched Pattaya condos for months & worked with a few different real estate companies.  

I knew  buying a Thai condo  remotely from the US was going to be a complex  undertaking. A few  months ago as a result  of my Geckp Properties email inquiry I met Paul. He made a complex process as simple as it could be made. I followed his advice.

Few  weeks ago  Paul & I wrapped up the entire transaction & I am now the owner of a 100m2 Pratumnack Hill area condo. I'm not sure I would have done it without Paul's assistance. Paul is a man of his word.

As a side note until such time as I can travel to Thailand without COVID restrictions, Gecko Properties will, in my absence, manage & take care of my condo.
