Gecko found a buyer for my Condo, prepared the S&P contract and accompanied me at the Land Office where the Transfer completed the Sale. Everything went smoothly. Special mention for August for her efficiency and friendly manner. She even took me to the bank to deposit the Cash.

I don’t usually take the time to write reviews or testimonials online – But every now and again when I purchase a product from a company or feel happy with a platform or service I have used - I enjoy taking the time out to write a review/testimonial to show my appreciation & gratitude.

I have recently had the pleasure of cooperating with Gecko properties and in particular Ning from Gecko properties. We have been actively looking at the rental market and found ourselves using many agents and companies to source a house for long term rent. As you know, that process can be time-consuming and draining but from the moment we interacted with Ning I could tell that she was someone we could trust and was knowledgeable about real estate in and around the city of Pattaya.
I have found Ning to be very professional and transparent with all aspects of our dealings. Ning found us multiple units, and we decided to proceed with the reservation and deposit amounts for a property in the Nong Prue area. Everything has been very smooth, and receipts/contracts have been provided to us in an exceptionally efficient manner.

I have shared my Gecko experience with friends of mine who are also looking to acquire properties, and I cannot speak highly enough about the service, professionalism and help we received from Gecko & Ning. We know that if any issues arise during our tenancy that Ning will act accordingly to fix and resolve any future problems which provides us with peace of mind moving forward with our arrangement.

I would say hands down that this was the easiest property negotiation up to date and will be using Gecko for all rentals/purchases that arise in the coming future.

I was pleased to be able to offer Gecko Properties my house in Greenfields 4 for rent. They found me a very suitable tenant with a competitive monthly income which I am happy with. With this provision it allows potential buyers/investors too see most of the property before deciding if they would like to view it or not.

Back in 2016 We came to Thailand for a holiday, me, my other half & My son. One day we wanted to go for a look at the properties as I said just looking😀 I went on website left my number on there said I’m interesting in going to have look at the properties within 5 Mins if that, got a call from Jon and within an hr. Jon turn up in his nice fancy car picked us up to show us a few properties 2 Hrs. after that we seal the deal! We have found the house of our dream, but I was in such a worry because we only got less than a week before we got to fly back to UK. and didn't have the money with us at all, as we need to get it transfer over, Jon makes everything possible, he sorts everything out for us oversea call to get everything sorted out for us ready for when we come back, can't ask for a better agent to take care of us.

Now we have settled down into our new condo at Chateau Dale I would like to say Gecko were very helpful from the word go. After our initial viewings of other properties we gradually changed our brief and finished up with something completely different to what we envisaged at the start. None of our changes fazed you at all and Gecko offered plenty of properties that they considered might fit our bill and were only too happy to show us around so we could find the place that best suited us. Not sure of what we wanted to do and then when we homed in on the type of property and made our final decision you were always on hand for numerous visits and you kept in touch even when we were in Europe. Once our decision was made, the whole process was kept simple for us, with SNA liaising with the other parties involved, giving us advice and keeping us up to date on progress.

At the final stages we were handed the full pack with who was doing what regarding connections to services and when we could expect to see our first bills. I listed my property with Gecko Properties and within  3 hours I had a viewing which I find this truly amazing as I have had my property listed with a well known property estate agent for over 1 year and nothing as much as a phone call or a viewing in 1 year.
