Even before we were coming in person to Pattaya with the objective to view some condos and ultimately to buy one, Gecko Properties became our preferential Real Estate Agent as Steve responded to our many questions concerning the Real Estate Market and questions in respect of prices and additional costs in a very prompt, efficient and instructive way.
